Getting started

  1. Go to Sign up and create an account with your email and password.
  2. Check your inbox and click the verification link — you cannot access the app until email is verified.
  3. After verification you'll land on Create your startup project. Name your SaaS and add a one-line description.
  4. Your dashboard shows your project card, course progress, and (for Founder members) a first-week checklist.
  5. Use the sidebar to open your project and start Lesson 1: Idea Clarity.
Sign upLog inCreate project
  1. Check spam/junk for an email from Founders Build OS or Firebase.
  2. Wait a few minutes — delivery can be delayed.
  3. Try logging in again; the app will prompt you to resend verification if needed.
  4. Use the same email you signed up with — typos block verification.
  5. Still stuck? Email support with the address you used to sign up.

Course & lessons

  1. Open your project from the dashboard. Each lesson has three tabs when available: Video, Workbook, and AI Coach.
  2. Complete workbook fields to mark the lesson done. Required fields show a check when saved.
  3. Use the ? icon on any workbook field for field-specific guidance (what to write, examples, mistakes to avoid).
  4. The AI Coach can brainstorm with you — it uses your Build Credits for assists (separate from build job credits).
  5. Free plan includes the first 3 Plan lessons. Founder BuildOS unlocks all 14 lessons plus Build MVP.
  6. Progress bar on your project reflects completed lessons — aim for 70%+ before Build MVP unlocks.
Your dashboard
  1. Read the field help (? button) before asking the AI Coach — it saves credits and gives better answers.
  2. Write rough notes first, then ask the coach to sharpen or expand — don't start from a blank page.
  3. One lesson at a time: finish Idea Clarity before Problem Definition, etc. The system builds on prior answers.
  4. Export your plan anytime from the Export page once you have content worth sharing.
  5. If AI assists are depleted, upgrade or wait for monthly renewal (Pro / Founder plans).
Billing & credits
  1. Free: 1 project, first 3 Plan lessons, limited AI assists. Great for exploring the methodology.
  2. Founder BuildOS ($449 cohort): All 14 lessons, 12 months BuildOS Pro, Launch Credit Pack for your first web build, live cohort access.
  3. BuildOS Pro ($49/mo): Unlimited projects, full course, monthly build credits renewal — for founders who already completed the cohort or want ongoing building.
  4. Build MVP (AI web build) requires Founder or Pro plus enough course progress and build credits.
  5. Compare plans on the pricing page or in-app billing.

Build MVP

  1. Complete at least 70% of your course progress.
  2. Finish the MVP Scope and Requirements lessons — the build spec pulls from these.
  3. Have Build Credits available (Founder Launch Pack or Pro monthly credits).
  4. Founder BuildOS or BuildOS Pro plan required for full build access.
  5. Open Build MVP from the sidebar. If locked, the page explains exactly what's missing.
Billing & credits
  1. Go to Build → Setup and click Connect GitHub.
  2. You'll be redirected to GitHub to install the Korykaai Build OS app on your account or org.
  3. Choose which repositories the app can access (all repos is simplest for MVP creation).
  4. After install, you return to setup with GitHub connected. Kaai creates your repo automatically.
  5. If OAuth isn't available, expand Advanced and paste a repo URL or personal access token manually.
  6. Re-connect if you see permission errors during build — the app needs repo creation rights.
  1. On Build Setup, click Connect Vercel and approve the integration on Vercel.
  2. Pick your personal account or team if prompted.
  3. BuildOS creates a Vercel project, syncs env vars (Firebase, Stripe), and triggers deploys after the AI build.
  4. Manual fallback: paste a Vercel personal access token in Advanced if OAuth fails.
  5. Preview URL appears on the Build page when the job succeeds — allow a few minutes for DNS.
  1. Firebase: use Connect (Google sign-in) when available, or paste a service account JSON in Advanced.
  2. Include your Firebase web config (apiKey, authDomain, etc.) so env vars sync to Vercel.
  3. Stripe: Connect OAuth links your Stripe account, or paste restricted API keys manually.
  4. BuildOS creates test products/prices from your Build Spec when possible.
  5. These are your customers' accounts — you own the data and billing relationship.
  1. Ensure all required connections show Ready on the setup wizard.
  2. Open Build MVP and click Start build. One build runs at a time per account.
  3. Credits are reserved when the agent starts. Watch live logs on the build page.
  4. The agent scaffolds from the SaaS template using your Build Spec (product name, features, stack).
  5. When complete, open your preview URL and click through signup → dashboard → billing flow.
  6. Share the preview with early users and note feedback before your launch week.
  1. Read the last lines of the build log — they usually state the missing connection or permission.
  2. Click Retry build after fixing setup (re-connect GitHub/Vercel if permissions changed).
  3. Verify GitHub repo was created and Vercel project exists in your dashboards.
  4. Firebase/Stripe misconfig often blocks deploy env sync — re-run setup harvest from Build Setup.
  5. Admins can retry from Admin → Build jobs. Founders: email support with your project name and job time.
