Notice to California residents

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA").

Categories of personal information we collect

In the last 12 months we may have collected:

• Identifiers — name, email address, account ID, IP address (server logs).
• Commercial information — subscription plan, billing status (payment card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
• Internet or network activity — pages viewed, feature usage, analytics (with consent).
• User-generated content — startup project and builder step content you enter in Founders Build OS.

Sources

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Site, and from service providers (e.g. Stripe, Firebase).

Business purposes

• Provide and improve korykaai.com and Founders Build OS.
• Authenticate users, process subscriptions, and send transactional email.
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Analytics to understand site usage (only with your cookie consent).

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell your personal information and have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your California rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Delete personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sale/sharing (not applicable — we do not sell).
• Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

How to exercise your rights

• Delete account: Sign in to Founders Build OS → Settings → Delete account.
• Access / correction / other requests: Email [email protected] with "CCPA request" in the subject. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

We aim to respond within 45 days as required by law.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and verify your identity directly.
